Community Master Plan:
The City's current Master Plan drafted and adopted in 2007 and was readopted in 2012 by the City's Planning Commission. The future of the Master Plan was discussed by the Planning Commission in 2017. The Planning Commission desires to reevaluate the Master Plan following the MEDC's Redevelopment Ready Communities planning review of the City's Master Plan. Click here to view Master Plan Document.

Downtown Development Authority Development (DDA) and Tax Increment Financing Plan (TIF):
On March 14, 2016 the City Council approved the final Development and Tax Increment Financing Plan for the City of Bronson's Downtown. Click here to view DDA-TIF Plan.
Parks and Recreation Master Plan:
On January 10, 2022, the City Council approved an updated Five Year Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The plan will guide future decision making for City parks and will allow the City to apply for Michigan Department of Natural Resources grant funding.
