Notice: EGLE Notice of No Significant Impact

Attached is the Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI), Environmental Assessment (EA), and notice of 30-day public comment period for the Wastewater Collection System Infiltration and Inflow Removal project being undertaken by the City of Bronson. The Bronson FNSI-EA document is also available on the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Water Infrastructure Funding and Financing Section (WIFFS) Finding of No Significant Impact/Environmental Assessments webpage also accessible under Additional Links at Michigan.gov/CWSRF.
EGLE will not take any action on this project planning document for 30 calendar days from the date of this notice in order to receive and consider any public comments. In the absence of substantive comments during this period, our preliminary decision will become final. The applicant would then be eligible to receive loan assistance to construct the proposed project.
